Legal Service was established in 1990 by principal Dave Staves after a career of over 30 years in the Lord Chancellor’s Department in various Crown and County Courts and latterly as HEO Chief Clerk/Court Manager.

Dave Staves is a member of the Association of British Investigators, the World Association of Detectives, International Kommision Der Detektiv-Verbande and the Association of Civil Enforcement Agencies.

Legal Service Ltd also has two other ABI members namely Tracey Toms and Michael Gregory.  Tracey Toms is also a student member of the Institute of Credit Management.

Legal Service Ltd has a network of agents nationwide all of whom are strictly vetted and monitored by the Company.
